Reshoot Policy

Rework is something no one likes to do, but sometimes doing rework is inevitable and we are here to help when a reshoot or rework situation arises. When writing our reshoot policy our team at 360 Refinery has done our best to be generous yet fair, allowing free rework when the need for rework comes from a fault in our production, but at the same time not putting our team in a position to be stuck doing countless free rework where the client''s lack of satisfaction with the results comes from factors beyond our control.

Producing high quality photos and videos takes a lot of time and effort. At 360Refinery we aim to provide simple and affordable photography services. We want our clients to receive great photos without having to pay a fortune. To be able to achieve this now and in the future, we need to be very organized, and to stay organized, we need the help of our clients.

Reshoot Policy Overview

If you are unhappy with the photos that we deliver, AND you have provided a detailed brief at the time of booking the photoshoot, we will reshoot and/ or rework for free. You can request 2 free revisions per photoshoot.

If you are unhappy with the photos that we deliver, BUT you have NOT provided a detailed brief, but instead provided a semi-detailed brief or a vague brief, we will NOT reshoot for free. Instead, any reshoot and rework requests will cost extra.

When you book a new photoshoot, we will always remind you to prepare a solid brief. Reshoots are only free for photoshoots with detailed briefs where our team didn't perform.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Can't you just shoot all sorts of different angles for photo and footage for video and let the client choose afterwards? No. For our Economy Services we can't do that. Providing options would be very time-consuming and expensive. Also, even if we capture many many options, there is no guarantee that we will capture the one you want. It is much more efficient for the client to be precise in what is wanted. For our Business Services, we can capture multiple options and let you choose which ones to retouch. Please contact us to inquire about our Business Services, if you have a budget of over USD1000 per product for photos only.
