360Refinery can arrange test shoots for clients as follows:

1. Paid Test Shoots. Before we schedule a shooting day for your project, we can do a test shoot/ lighting test to make sure everything is as you need. Test shoots are only available for product on white photos and are charged at $100 for 2 photos. This service is only available for projects that do not require a live model.

2. Free Test Shoots. For photo shoots with budgets over $1500 that do not require a model, we can do free test photos for the client at the beginning of the shoot and can make necessary modifications as needed. For free test shoots, the client or a client's representative with decision making authority about photos has to be available online at the beginning of the shoot to approve or request modifications to the test photos. Any delay of the photo shoot caused by the client not being available to make comments will be charged at $300/ hour rounded to the nearest quarter.

3. Test Shoot for Projects with Models. For projects with models test shoots are available only at the beginning of a photo shoot, and the client or a client's representative with decision making authority about photos has to be available online to make comments about lighting, make-up, hair, and styling. Test shoots for projects with models are charged at $500 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter.

We encourage clients to send us detailed briefs to reduce the need for test shoots or send a few items and do regular photo shoots then decide if you want to engage us for a big project.
