We accept Credit/Debit card, Alipay, and bank transfer.

All one-off photo shoots* have to be pre-paid in full.

1. For projects with budgets less than or equal to US$5000.00, full payment has to be made before any pre-production work on the project begins. 360Refinery will not do any work before full payment has been received for your project.

Should the project that has already started be terminated before completion for any reason, we will issue a refund in the amount of incomplete work and hand in the deliverables that have been completed.

2. For projects with budgets over US$5000.00, we will divide the project into stages and each stage will be paid 100% in full before we proceed any work, once one stage is completed and approved, we will proceed to the next stage until the project is complete.

3. Clients who wish to engage our photography services on a retainer basis can do so by signing long-term contract (1 year minimum), that can be billed annually, quarterly, or monthly, where each billing period will be pre-paid. Retainer clients that do not pay annually will be required to pay a deposit in the amount of 1-3 months of work (depending on the preferred billing period). The deposit will be returned at the end of the contract provided that the agreed work volume has been met and all other bills for the length of the contract have been paid in full.

4. Volume discounts. Clients that book our services for the production of photos and videos for 1000+ products per year, will be offered a volume discount. To enjoy the discount, clients will guaranteee the agreed volume of work by a deposit that is refundable once the agreed volume is met.

* a one-off photo shoot is any photo shoot that is not a part of a retainer contract.
