The process to book a photo or video shoot is outlined below:

1. Client contacts us with the details of your project.

2. Our pre-production team will confirm the details of your project to make sure we understand your requirements, and provide a rough quotation.

3. Client prepares a brief/ shotlist for the project and sends it to 360Refinery.

4. Our team makes a detailed quotation based on the brief.

5. Client makes amendmens to budget or requirements, if needed.

6. Once everything is confirmed, the client pays the project fees.

7. 360Refinery starts pre-production work on the project.

8. Client sends sample(s) to our warehouse.

9. Once sample(s) is received at the warehouse, we double check that contents match the scope of the project. If there is a discrepancy between number of products expected and number of products received, we will modify the original quotation and charge a one time fee of $50 for additional processing. If client sends more products than discussed, we reserve the right to randomly select only the number of products that has been agreed on and only photograph these.

10.  360Refinery schedule the day of the shoot.

11. Once shoot is complete we send the images to post-production.

12. After post-production is complete, the high resolution images are sent to the client.

13. One correction can be done free or charge for minor errors in line with the original brief.

14. We return or discard the sample(s) per client instruction.

15. End of project.
