Our standard processing times are listed below.

Actual production times depend on schedule and workload at the time you are placing the booking.

Please contact your account manager to see by which date your project can be completed:

1. Product on white images: 3-5 business days after receipt of samples and payment, and finalizing brief.

2. Projects with lifestyle images: 5-8 business days after receipt of samples and payment, and finalizing brief.

3. 360 Spin Photography: 5-8 business days after receipt of samples and payment, and finalizing brief.

4. For projects with video the turnaround time is 7-10 business days after receipt of samples and payment, finalizing brief and script, and booking the model (if your video needs a model).

5. For 3D rendering projects the turnaround time is 14 business days after receipt of samples and payment, and finalizing brief and script (where applicable).

A delay in sending samples, making the payment, or finalizing brief and/or script will result in extended production time.

Rush production: We might be able to deliver projects faster than the times listed above per client request, and in such cases we will charge a 50% rush production fee on top of the regular production fee.

Note: First time clients are not eligible for rush production requests, we do not accept rush project from clients who have not worked with us in the past.
