If you are a client with access to the booking platform, you can always check the status of your photoshoot(s) by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

You can also just send an e-mail inquiring about the status of your photo shoot.

Under "Latest Photoshoots" click "View" on the photoshoot you want to check. All updates are logged in the history.

Additionally, every time there is an update with any photoshoot, you will receive an automatic notification with the details.

There are 6 photoshoot statuses:

1. Pending - the booking has been received and  our team is reviewing it.

2. Awaiting Sample - once a booking is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions where to send the product sample(s).

3. Processing - the sample has arrived and we are producing the photos.

4. Proofing - preview images are available for you to select which ones we should retouch.

5. Ready - the images are ready for final review and approval.

6. Complete - once the photos are approved and the outstanding balance has been paid, the images are available for download and the order is complete.

These statuses and the communication are always available in your account.
