If you need to cancel an order, you can do so as long as:

1. You do so 48 hours before the start of photo shoot.

2. We haven't started doing pre-production work for your project.

We will issue a full refund minus any payment processor fees that 360Refinery was charged at the time of payment receipt, if both of the conditions above are met. Refunds are issued in the same payment method as they were made.

- Credit/Debit Card (within 7-10 business days after issuing, based on your bank). The payment processing fee that will be withheld is about 3%.

- Bank Transfer (7 business days, and all bank charges will be charged to the recipient). The payment processing fee that will be withheld is the amount we were charged by the bank for the incoming wire. Additionally, we will send the payment back to you with instruction "all local and international bank charges will be paid by payee".

If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the scheduled photo shoot, we will issue a full refund of your deposit, however, if we have started doing pre-production work already,  we will only issue a partial refund of your payment, depending on the expenses we have already incurred as a result of the pre-production work in terms of man-hours, props purchasing, shipping fees etc.
