Your products have arrived, but you want to make a return?
Sure, you can!
Please DO NOT ship products back to an address different from the one we provide with your return request.
Please DO NOT put cash inside the return package for any reason.
If you are exchanging for a more expensive product, please communicate with the service representative, we will issue an additional invoice payable by your favorite payment method (other than cash).
Follow these instructions:
14 day returns - You can request a product return within 14 days after product receipt.
If it does not fit, or you do not love it as much as you thought you would, just fill in the form below and we will email you the instructions with the address that can receive the returned item.
US Customers can return items to our US warehouse, customers from other countries can ship to our office in China.
Returns are only accepted of items that are in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags.
Returns CANNOT be processed for items that have been:
- worn,
- washed,
- altered in any way,
- damaged, or
- that do not have all the original packaging and tags.
Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges WILL NOT be reimbursed.
All shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent you a wrong one by mistake.
