Clothing Model Photography
360Refinery provides clothing model photography services in China. This service can be used for most types of garments, shoes, as well as other products like accessories and beauty products, as long as the model does not have need to apply any skin products onto their skin.

How Does it Work?
Our on model photography service is just as simple as our other product photography services, you just need to ship the samples from your manufacturer to us and we will arrange for them to be photographed on a foreign model.
For orders below 30 garments, we will send you the schedule for the month and you can select a few dates and models that you like and we will fit your project on one of the dates.
The way this works is that for each date, there is a lead client (who has booked photography for 30+ items), and if there is space, we can add mode garments from other clients to the same date. Please note that when you book this way, the hair, make-up and lighting will be selected by the lead client. Most ecommerce photography uses similar types of HMUA and lighting, so in most cases this isn't an issue.
What Does the Client Get?
Our team will take roughly 20-30 photos of your garments on model from different angles like front back, sides, and some details. We will give you all the images in high resolution. From these photos, you can select 5 photos to be retouched, for example if you want a pure white background and a square ratio, we will do this for 5 images and send them to you in a second, retouched, version. If you want more than 5 images retouched, we can also do that for an extra fee.
What Types of Models Do You Work With?
360Refinery works with different types of models both male, female, and child foreign models located in China. For apparel model photography we only work with professional agency models of different body types like skinny, curvy, and plus for female models, and skinny or athletic for male models. There are different hair colors and skin color models in China including Caucasian, Latino, and Black.
What is the Turnaround Time for Your Apparel Model Photography Service?
The typical turnaround times for this service is 2 weeks, on some occasions the photos may be delivered faster than that. This type of photo shoots may on occasion have delays in the event a model gets sick.
What Kind of Setting Can be Used for an Apparel Photo Shoot?
The photos can be taken against a white background, on indoor sets such as living room and bedroom, as well as outdoors. The more garments you have to photograph the more set options we can offer you. The per garment price for photos other than white background is higher than white background.
Do You Prep the Garments Before Photography?
Yes, we do! All garments are steamed and prepped before the photo shoots.
What Happens if There is a Fit Issue?
Fit is very important for on-model fashion imagery for ecommerce! We want to make your products look great and inspire your customers to buy them. On occasion it happens that some or all garments don't fit the model selected by the client. If some of the items don't fit, we will only photograph those that look good on the model, the rest will be moved to another photo shoot with a different model approved by the client. All issues are communicated with the clients.
What Happens to the Clothing After Photography?
After your photo shoot is complete, we can return the samples to your supplier, return the samples to you at a foreign destination, or discard the samples.
